Migration error: Failed to convert DNS records for subscription

Applicable to:

Symptoms

Migration failed with the following error in the /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/<session-id>/debug.log file:

| `- error: Failed to convert DNS records for subscription 'example.com'
| Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
| Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts.

| Attempt #1 failed with the following error:
| Rec(rec_type='A', src='mail.otrs.example.com.', dst='203.0.113.2', opt='')

Cause

Database inconsistency on the source server: several DNS records have duplicated references with templates.This is Plesk internal issue with id #PMT-2462 , which has been fixed in micro-update #19 .

Resolution

Apply the latest Plesk micro-updates .
