Backup to external FTP server fails with error:
The dump have been made successfully but can not be imported to FTP due to errors
The dump 'name.xml' have been leaved at repository. Please export it manually
ERROR: (server object 'server') Cannot export dump file 'name.xml' to 'ftp://email@example.com//dir/' Repository error: Destination directory 'ftp://firstname.lastname@example.org//dir/' does not exist
Unable to download the backup:
ERR [panel] Get dump 'name.xml': Transport error: Unable to download remote file 'ftp://email@example.com//dir/name.xml': Curl error: Remote file not found. Server response code: 550
Connection to the FTP backup server works correctly but directory listing does not work and it is not possible to upload file:

Passive FTP ports are blocked by firewall.
Check Firewall settings on FTP and Plesk servers. Allow traffic for passive FTP port range of the FTP server used.
For example, add Inbound rule for the passive port range that your FTP server uses.
