Unable to login to Plesk

Symptoms

Unable to login to Plesk:

Internal error: MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'fp' in 'field list'
Message MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'fp' in 'field list'
File db.php
Line 84
Type PleskMainDBException

Cause

The fp, fp_ssl, fp_enable, fp_adm and fp_pass fields are missing in psa.hosting table:

mysql> select fp,fp_ssl,fp_enable,fp_adm,fp_pass from psa.hosting;
Empty set (0.00 sec)

Resolution

  1. Backup current psa database by using KB # 213904125

  2. Restore psa database from backup /var/lib/psa/dumps/ by using KB # 213904125

NOTE: If restoration can not be performed then create tables manually:

  1. Make database dump according KB # 213904125

  2. Access Plesk database KB # 213928465

  3. Add missing records manually in hosting table:

    mysql> ALTER TABLE hosting ADD fp enum('false','true') NOT NULL DEFAULT 'false' after real_traffic;
    mysql> ALTER TABLE hosting ADD fp_ssl enum('false','true') NOT NULL DEFAULT 'false' after fp;
    mysql> ALTER TABLE hosting ADD fp_enable enum('false','true') NOT NULL DEFAULT 'false' after fp_ssl;
    mysql> ALTER TABLE hosting ADD fp_adm enum('false','true') NOT NULL DEFAULT 'false' after fp_enable;
    mysql> ALTER TABLE hosting ADD fp_pass enum('false','true') NOT NULL DEFAULT 'false' after fp_adm;
