Resolution

If this issue affects only one subscription use the following command:

"%plesk_cli%\\repair" --repair-webspace-system-users -webspace-name <webspace-name>

If this issue affects all subscriptions run the following commands:

  1. To synchronize Plesk and OS users:

    "%plesk_cli%\\repair" --synchronize-impersonation-storage
  2. To repair accounts:

    "%plesk_cli%\\repair" --repair-all-webspaces-system-users

If synchronization fails with errors like:

Perform the following:

  1. Open Start > Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy .

  2. Navigate to Account Policies > Password Policy .

  3. Disable option Password must meet complexity requirements .

  4. Synchronize passwords again.
