There is no access to
tab on subscription.
Also when trying to change password for subscription an error appears in Plesk:
Internal error: filemng failed: Unable to logon user (domain\\user):
(1326) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Error code 1)
Internal error: Unable to find the directory
(1326) The user name or password is incorrect.
Message filemng failed: Unable to logon user (domain\\user): (1326) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Error code 1)
Also the following error may occur:
Error: The following system user attributes were not changed: passwd (Unable to execute usermng: User 'user' doesn't exist. (Error code 1))
Trying to access File Manager:
Internal error: Unable to find the directory C:\\inetpab\\vhosts\\example.com\\: filemng failed: Unable to logon user (U19419486\\<username>): (1326) The user name or password is incorrect. at LogonUser(U19419486\\<username>)(CClientProfile::logon line 146) at Plesk impersonation(PipeServer::ServerThread::impersonateWithoutProfile line 787) at execute "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Parallels\\Plesk\\admin\\bin\\filemng.exe" <username> list dirs "C:\\inetpab\\vhosts\\example.com\\"(RunTime::RunAsUser::run line 221) (Error code 1)
Corrupted system user or inconsistency of system users and Plesk DB users.
If this issue affects only one subscription use the following command:
"%plesk_cli%\\repair" --repair-webspace-system-users -webspace-name <webspace-name>
If this issue affects all subscriptions run the following commands:
To synchronize Plesk and OS users:
To repair accounts:
If synchronization fails with errors like:
ERR: Unable to execute usermng: Unable to change the user (username) password: (2245) The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements.
Perform the following:
Open Start > Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy .
Navigate to Account Policies > Password Policy .
Password must meet complexity requirements.
Synchronize passwords again.
