Spam Filter is enabled in server-wide Mail Settings and
Apply individual settings to spam filteringoption is disabled. However, SpamAssassin does not work for mailboxes created earlier. Mailhandler
spamfor those mailboxes is missing and emails are not evaluated against spam score.
SpamAssassin works for newly created mail accounts and mailhandler is added
Mailboxes were created when Spam Filter was turned off and mail handlers for them were not created.
This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PPPM-5461 , which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
Create mail filter manually:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/spammng --enable-mailname --mailname email@example.com --not-modify-header
Disable the mail filter for the mailbox, if necessary:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/spammng --disable
