Spamassassin Black list does not work for particular mailbox.
is added into Black list for a particular mailbox.
Also in the
'Home' -> 'Tools & Settings' -> 'Spam Filter Settings' -> 'White list'
All emails which have score more that set in
'Home' -> 'Tools & Settings' -> 'Spam Filter Settings'
are recognized as spam. In case if a mailbox is listed in Black list all emails from it get a score
and are recognized as spam. However, in case if a mailbox is listed in White list all emails from it get a score
, therefore an email from the mailbox which is listed in both of lists (White and Black) gets score
and it is not recognized as spam.
In order to avoid the issue it is needed to increase score which an email gets if it listed in Black list. White list and Black list scores are assigned in the
file, so it is needed to modify the following line in this file (for example, set 110.000 instead of 100.000):
# grep "score USER_IN_BLACKLIST" /usr/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf
score USER_IN_BLACKLIST 110.000
