High load on the server. The operations hang or it takes too long to execute.
Plesk sends email messages with the content like this:
Server health parameter Services > IIS CPU usage changed its status from "yellow" to "green".
Identify the exact domain causing high CPU load
Connect to the server through RDP
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > server_name under "IIS section" click Worker Processes.
Depending on the result, apply one of the following:
- If the issue is caused by PleskControlPanel application pool which is exclusively used by Plesk, please, contact Plesk Technical Support, as an additional investigation is required.
If the issue is caused by application pool of a client's website, please inspect website's code for resource consumption.
