Symptoms

Unable to switch on auto-reply option under a mail user account:

PHP notice: Undefined index: name

The following error is present in /var/log/plesk/panel.log :

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PPPM-4016 . It is fixed in Plesk Onyx.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .

If upgrade is not possible, apply custom fix:

  1. Back up EmailAddress.php file in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Smb/Form/Final/ directory:

    # mv /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Smb/Form/Final/EmailAddress.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Smb/Form/Final/EmailAddress.php.backup
  2. Download the archive attached and unpack it.

  3. Place unpacked EmailAddress.php file to /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Smb/Form/Final/ directory
