%plesk_dir%\\PrivateTemp folder is full.Large delay before download start is caused by large backup file: when Download icon is pressed in Plesk, Plesk Backup Manager gathers all the backup files into a single archive file and copies it to
%plesk_dir%\\PrivateTemp folder. After that download notification appears in web-browser.
The customer might have pressed Download icon several times while waiting for download notification.
Wait up to 15 minutes before the download starts. Keep free space for
%plesk_dir%\\PrivateTemp folder.Do not press Download icon again and again while waiting for download notification.
