Application vault does not show any applications

In Parallels Plesk Panel (Plesk) the following error is displayed when accessing Application vault:

"APS Catalog error: Unable to parse the ATOM content. DOMDocument::loadXML(): Opening and ending tag mismatch: hr line 5 and body in Entity, line: 6"

Plesk loads applications from the site. If it is not available or significant time is required to get the necessary information, Plesk will not be able to show any applications under the Applications tab.


The site performance issue is under investigation now and will be fixed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, a workaround is available if you urgently need to provide your customers with an application:

  1. Download the required application from the APS Standard site

  2. Upload the application using the Server Management > Tools & Settings > Applications & Databases > Application Vault > My Apps tool by clicking on: Add App button > OK

  3. (Optional) If the required applications are not available after the first two steps, go to Hosting Services > Service Plans > Hosting Plans > your_plan > Applications > , check the "Provide only applications that I select" checkbox , and make the application you need available with > Update & Sync

  4. Make sure the application is available at Hosting Services > Subscriptions > your_subscription > Applications > All Available applications (a retry may be required)
