Plesk access error after upgrade to 12.5: 504 Gateway Time-out nginx

Symptoms

After upgrade to version 12.5, Plesk is loading with the following error:

504 Gateway Time-out nginx
  1. Strace of nginxmng process is stuck with output, as below:

    [root@server~]# strace -p 2773
    Process 2773 attached
    futex(0x7f81db238478, FUTEX_WAIT, 2, NULL)
  2. Strace of nginxmng command with any parameter stucks on the following:

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with id #PPPM-3485 , which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.

Workaround

Rename SharedLockManagerStorage0.1 file, as below:

# mv /usr/local/psa/var/cache/SharedLockManagerStorage0.1 /usr/local/psa/var/cache/_SharedLockManagerStorage0.1_

The file SharedLockManagerStorage0.1 will be automatically recreated later.
