Release Notes

Odin is pleased to announce the release of the new update #30 for the 12.0.18 version of Plesk.

The 12.0.18 update #30 is recommended for all Plesk users. It resolves functionality issues and improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Plesk server.

To ensure optimal server reliability and security, Odin strongly recommends keeping your operating system and Plesk software up-to-date.

What's Changed

[+] Indonesian (id-ID) localization was updated.

[+] (Windows) The Bind version shipped with Plesk was updated to version 9.9.6-P1 (Extended Support Version), where the CVE-2014-8500 security vulnerability was resolved. (PPPM-2371)

The following issues were resolved:

[-] Users could not set up backing up to personal FTP repositories in Backup Manager if an FTP server did not support the passive mode. (PPPM-2349)

[-] Users could not set up backing up to personal FTP repositories in Backup Manager if an FTP server supported only SSL/TLS connections. (PPPM-2350)

[-] NS records could not be added to a domain's DNS zone if they contained a domain name. The following error occurred: The NS record has no address records (A or AAAA). (PPPM-2352)

[-] In Internet Explorer 8-10, an extra checkbox and a text input box were shown in File Manager's text editor, under "Line break type:". (PPPM-2356)

[-] (Windows) Users encountered an error on attempting to stop or start IIS application pool if it had already been stopped or started in IIS. (PPPM-2364)
