MailEnable was installed manually on a server.
MailEnable IMAP service cannot be started with the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT: "Error - 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service"
CONFIG_TEXT: "General: (MailEnable System Option Provider error: 1060) Could not open service. Error = 1060 for MEIMAPS"
Standalone MailEnable Standard does not support IMAP by default. Plesk has customized MailEnable distributive. During Plesk installation, MailEnable is installed with IMAP support by default.
Connect to the server via RDP.
Reinstall MailEnable with IMAP support using special installation options:
mailenable.exe /B /IMAP
