Migration is finished successfully, but domain is being migrated to the wrong IP address: outgoing mail IP is set to domain instead of the chosen one during defining IP Address Mapping on pre-migration step.
This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PPPM-4058 . The issue is fixed in Plesk 12.5 MU #45 and Plesk Onyx.
Apply the latest microupdate or upgrade to the latest Plesk version .
