Mail notification from cron are sent to the non-existing address <-f@domain.tld>

Symptoms

Scheduled tasks notification emails are sent to the system user and non-existing address <-f@domain.tld> in the ' maillog ' we can see the following:

    Jan 29 12:05:02 test postfix/cleanup[27954]: 12239EC104: message-id=<20150129110502.12239EC104@example_domain.tld>
Jan 29 12:05:02 test postfix/qmgr[27947]: 12239EC104: from=<test@domain.tld>, size=600, nrcpt=3 (queue active)
Jan 29 12:05:02 test postfix/error[28415]: 12239EC104: to=<-f@domain.tld>, orig_to=<-f>, relay=none, delay=0.05, delays=0.04/0/0/0, dsn=5.1.3, status=bounced (bad address syntax)
Jan 29 12:05:02 test postfix/pipe[28410]: 12239EC104: to=<test@domain.dom>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.09, delays=0.04/0/0/0.05, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via plesk_virtual service)

Cause

This is an internal issue with id #PPPM-2477 . The issue has been fixed in Plesk 12.5 MU#21 .

Resolution

Apply latest Plesk microupdates .
