Errors while creating the customer from the Plesk: Not a directory chrootmng: cannot create directory

Symptoms

The following errors appear in Plesk gui while creating a customer:

system user update is failed: open_basedir_with_nofollow: opeat failed: `www', 
Not a directory chrootmng: cannot create directory "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/dev":
Not a directory open_basedir_with_nofollow: opeat failed: `www',
Not a directory chrootmng: cannot create directory "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/var":
Not a directory open_basedir_with_nofollow: opeat failed: `www',
Not a directory chrootmng: cannot create directory "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/tmp":
Not a directory open_basedir_with_nofollow: opeat failed: `www',
Not a directory chrootmng: cannot create directory "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/etc"

Cause

Vhosts location is a symlink.

Resolution

Change Virtual host location properly by using the transvhosts.pl utility:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /usr/local/www/vhosts

To get more details on transvhosts.pl utility execute:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/transvhosts.pl --help
You should specify destination directory.
Utility to transfer vhosts content from HTTPD_VHOSTS_D directory to new place.

Usage:
--dest-dir <path> Destination path. Path to new vhosts directory.
Example: /path/to/new/vhosts.
If directory does not exist it will be created.

    Hello, after updating PLESK the same is not creating all directories(bin,dev,lib,lib64,usr,var) when adding a domain, how to solve this question?
