The file /usr/local/psa/core.version is missing or does not correspond to the value in psa.misc .

# cat /usr/local/psa/core.version

Resolution

  1. Create /usr/local/psa/core.version if it does not exist.

  2. Put the core version of the Plesk version you are upgrading from, operating system and build into /usr/local/psa/core.version . Use the following format:

    <Plesk_core_version> <operating_system> <build>
    for example:
    10.13.4 CentOS 6 1013111102.18

Note: Your operating system and build can be taken from /usr/local/psa/version .

Use the following table to find the proper core version for your version of Plesk:

    | Plesk version | Core version | Database version |
    |---------------|--------------|--------------------|
    | 10.0.0 | 10.8.0 | |
    | 10.0.1 | 10.9.0 | |
    | 10.1.0 | 10.10.0 | 010100 |
    | 10.1.1 | 10.10.1 | 010101 |
    | 10.2.0 | 10.11.0 | 010110 |
    | 10.3.0 | 10.12.0 | 010120 |
    | 10.3.1 | 10.12.0 | 010120 |
    | 10.4.4 | 10.13.4 | 010134 |
