Cannot add a customer/reseller using CBM

Symptoms

Any attempts to add a customer/reseller in Customer and Business manager(CBM) return the following error:

Error: Your license only allows 0 active customers or resellers and you have no more available. Please upgrade your license.

Cause

Customer and Business Manager feature is not included in Plesk license.

Resolution

It is not possible to purchase a new Plesk license with Customer and Business Manager feature as it is not offered anymore. It is not available anymore neither from online store, nor from sales officer, nor resellers. Existing licenses will not be terminated and will continue to work.
