Unable to activate domain in the extension ServerShield by CloudFlare, the following error appears when clicking the button Activate CloudFlare for all inactive websites:
CONFIG_TEXT: [Error] CloudFlare is already activated for "example.com" under a different account. If you want to enable CloudFlare through this partner, please log in to your CloudFlare account and choose "Disconnect" on your CloudFlare DNS Settings page.
In the extension interface, the domain is shown as not activated.
The domain is already activated under a different CloudFlare account.
Log into the CloudFlare account at https://www.cloudflare.com/a/login with the email address which was used to activate the domain previously and disable the CloudFlare protection on the domain as described in their article https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200167916.
Try activating CloudFlare on the domain again in the extension ServerShield by CloudFlare.
Installation Guide: Plesk ServerShield and ServerShield Plus https://www.cloudflare.com/static/media/pdf/cloudFlare-plesk12-servershield-installation-guide.pdf
When CloudFlare is activated on a domain using the Plesk extension ServerShield by CloudFlare, the account is created on the CloudFlare side using the email of the subscription's owner (either Plesk administrator, customer or reseller). No information about the used email addresses is stored on the Plesk server.
Therefore, if for some reason Plesk was reinstalled, but before the reinstallation CloudFlare protection was not disabled and the used email addresses are not known, then contact CloudFlare support at https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us, describe all the situation in detail and ask for assistance with finding email addresses which were used to create an account on their side.
