[How To] How can statistic be recalculated for one or more domains?

Symptoms

Sometimes it is necessary to recalculate statistics for a specific domain.

Resolution

  1. Make sure that web logs for previous dates exist. Run the following command to get the logs directory for the domain %domain.tld% :

    %plesk_bin%\\websrvmng.exe --get-vhost-log-dir --vhost-name=%domain.tld%
  2. Run regedit and find the key hklm\\software\\Wow6432Node\\Plesk\\PSA Config\\Config\\Statistics\\DomainIds\\ID . Set LastHttpStatisticsRun to the day from which statistics should be calculated.

  3. Follow this usage example (the time should be in Year/Month/Day format):

    %plesk_bin%\\statistics.exe --http-web-statistics --process-domains=%domain.tld% --from-date="2010/04/26"

    or:

    %plesk_bin%\\statistics.exe --ftp-web-statistics --process-domains=%domain.tld% --from-date="2010/04/26"

You can see other options by typing:

%plesk_bin%\\statistics.exe –help

... where %plesk_bin% is the path to the directory with the Plesk backend utilities (for example: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Parallels\\Plesk\\admin\\bin ).
