Unable to complete backup task in Dropbox Backup extension in Domains > example.com > Dropbox Backup > Back up Now :
The backup task in Current Tasks tab has Planned status. It always hangs in Planned status and does not go to Running or Done status.
This is the only entry that is shown in
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.logthat corresponds to created backup task:
CONFIG_TEXT: INFO [panel] The backup task was created.
Corrupted Dropbox Backup installation.
Re-install Dropbox extension:
- Connect to the server using SSH .
- Backup Plesk database.
- Remove Dropbox Backup task from the database:
# plesk db "delete from ModuleSettings where name='managerTaskId'"
- Remove Dropbox extension at Plesk > Extensions > Dropbox Backup > Remove.
- Install Dropbox in Extensions > Extensions Catalog > Dropbox Backup > Install.
Note: After Dropbox reinstallation, it will be needed to re-login into the account: Extensions > Dropbox Backup.
If the solution does not help, check if cron tasks are running on the server .
