Dropbox backups are stuck in the "Planned" status under the Current Tasks tab at Dropbox Backup > Back Up Now.
This is the only entry that is shown in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log that corresponds to created backup task:
CONFIG_TEXT: INFO [panel] The backup task was created.
The installation of Dropbox Backup is corrupted.
Reinstall the Dropbox Backup extension:
Note: Existing (completed) Dropbox backups will not be affected.
Create a dump file of the Plesk database (On Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):
# plesk db dump psa > /root/psa_backup.sql
On Windows Server:
C:\> plesk db dump psa > C:\psa_backup.sql
Remove all Dropbox Backup tasks from the Plesk database:
# plesk db "delete from ModuleSettings where name='managerTaskId'"
Reinstall the Dropbox Backup extension with the commands:
# plesk bin extension --uninstall dropbox-backup
# plesk bin extension --install dropbox-backup
Once Dropbox Backup is reinstalled, in Plesk go to Extensions > My Extensions > Dropbox Backup and sign in to your Dropbox account.
On Linux, if the solution did not help, check if the cron utility is running on the server.
