Webmail icon missed on the "Mail" tab or customers are unable to login to a webmail with connection error.
In postfix database mailboxes for the affected domain has flag ' D ' - Disabled.
Mail service for domain was disabled.
- Login to Customer's Control Panel for required subscription,
- Go to Mail tab -> Mail settings and disable mail service.
- Enable mail service back.
Make sure that webmail is available.
