Symptoms

• When login to Plesk the following error appears:

• The same error can be observed when navigating to FTP Users or IIS Settings under a subscription.

Cause

This is a bug with internal ID #PPPM-4684 . The fix will be included in further Plesk updates.

Resolution

As the solution:

1. Download and unzip the archive according to the version of Plesk.

2. Replace "%plesk_dir%"\admin\externals\Zend\Db\Table\Abstract.php with the unzipped file.
