  • Plesk 12.0 for Windows
  • Plesk 12.5 for Windows

Save FTP logs 2: '' HTTP logs 2: '' mail logs 2: ''

Or statistics are not calculated.

Cause

Very big log files in " %plesk_vhosts%\\example.com\\statistics\\logs\\W3SVC1***\\ " (up to 185MB).

Resolution

To recalculate the statistics for big log files, run recalculation procedure manually:

  1. Make sure that Perl is installed.

  2. Go to AWStats\\cgi-bin directory for the domain:

    cd "%plesk_vhosts%"\\example.com\\statistics\\webstat\\AWStats\\cgi-bin\\

In Plesk 12.5 AWStats\\cgi-bin folder is located in the following path:

    cd "%plesk_vhosts%"\\example.com\\.plesk\\statistics\\example.com\\webstat\\AWStats\\cgi-bin\\
  3. Execute Perl script:

    perl awstats.pl -config=example.com -DirData=C:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\example.com\\statistics\\webstat -LogFile=C:\\vhosts\\example.com\\statistics\\logs\\W3SVC11\\u_extend.log - -update

where u_extend.log is IIS server log file.
