ModSecurity: Found another rule with the same id

Symptoms

The following error occurs on Plesk page:

Syntax error on line 37 of /etc/httpd/conf/modsecurity.d/rules/tortix/modsec/50_plesk_basic_asl_rules.conf:
ModSecurity: Found another rule with the same id

Testing current configuration of websites returns the same:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/apache-config -t

AH00526: Syntax error on line 37 of /etc/httpd/conf/modsecurity.d/rules/tortix/modsec/50_plesk_basic_asl_rules.conf:
ModSecurity: Found another rule with the same id

Cause

ModSecurity configuration issue when Atomic ruleset is enabled. This is Plesk internal issue with id #PPPM-3733 that was fixed in Plesk 12.5 Update #25.

Resolution

Apply the latest Plesk micro-updates .
