- Plesk 12.5 for Linux
The incorrect SSL certificate is shown for the website https://www.example.com despite the fact correct SSL is configured on a Plesk side and selected in Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings.
It displays that SSL is issued for the different site name, not for example.com.
Site is hosted on 203.0.113.2 IP in Plesk in Domains > example.com > Web Hosting Access but it is resolved to different IP globally:
# dig +short example.com
If the following line is added to
hostsfile (by default, it is
C:\\Windows\\System32\\drivers\\etc\\hosts), then correct SSL is shown that is issued for www.example.com:
CONFIG_TEXT: 203.0.113.2 example.com
