Symptoms

osTicket APS app, installed on any domain is treated as global helpdesk by Plesk and link to application's entry point is available to all panel users.

Resolution

The problem has been fixed in Plesk 11.0.9 MU #42 ( release notes ). Please install all Micro Updates.
