The following error is displayed upon the attempt to upgrade/update Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: Error message or request description : Error: Unable to start Parallels Products Installer.
The following error has occurred: Execution failed.
Command: autoinstaller Arguments: Array (  => --service-mode  => --enable-xml-output  => --ssl-cert  => /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.pem  => --branch  => current,release,stable )
Details: file does not exist or is not executable: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller
Plesk autoinstaller package is corrupted due to previous failed upgrade attempts.
Go to https://autoinstall.plesk.com/ in a web browser and navigate to the directory structure according to your Plesk version and your operating system version, for example, for Plesk Onyx 17.8 on CentOS 7 use https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_17.8.11/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/.
psa-autoinstallerpackage and copy its URI, for example
psa-autoinstallerpackage from Plesk repository using the URI:
# wget -O psa-autoinstaller.rpm https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_17.8.11/dist-rpm-CentOS-7-x86_64/opt/updater/psa-autoinstaller-3.22.11-0centos.7.180221.1553.x86_64.rpm
Install the downloaded package:
# rpm -Uvh psa-autoinstaller.rpm
Re-run Plesk update.
