An entry in 'psa.accounts' table is missing.

Resolution

  1. Insert the missing entry in psa database :

    mysql> insert into accounts values (89,"plain",'1qazXSW@');
    Query OK, 1 row affected (0.05 sec)

    Substitute the the first value in brackets with the ID which you got in the error text.

  2. Update password for the corresponding account. For domain FTP user in case if it was an error on a domain page or a mailbox in case if this was an error on setting mailbox password.

  3. If you faced the issue "New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created" reconfigure domains:

    ]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
