- Cannot generate Plesk login link:

PleskControlPanel application pool permanently goes down with the following errors in Event Viewer > Plesk log:
CONFIG_TEXT: Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) did not create a worker process to serve the application pool because the application pool identity is invalid.
CONFIG_TEXT: Unable to process impersonate run as command: Unable to logon user (XXXXX\Plesk Administrator): (1385) Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.
In Event Viewer > Security log, an event with ID 4625 can be found:
CONFIG_TEXT: An account failed to log on.
Failure Reason: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this machine.
- psaadm user is enabled in cmd.exe > control userpasswords2 > Advanced > Users.
Plesk is not accessible with the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
psaadm user does not have necessary permissions.
Note: if you don't have RDP access to Plesk server, contact your hosting company regarding the issue
Connect to the server via RDP.
Click Run or in search type and run
Open Local Group Policy Editor.
Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.
psaadmuser from 'Deny log on as a batch job'.
psaadmuser to 'Log on as a Batch Job' policy.
Apply the group policy updates:
C:\> gpupdate /force
