Please follow the steps below given in the KB. This issue occurs due to database inconsistency in the server.

mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=domain.com
Cannot dump dns zone with id XX
Please apply the following KB article:
WWW root for domain.com was not found
This issue occurs since domain directory is missing. To fix this issue, you can follow the steps given below.
- Take the backup of the httpdocs directory of the sub-domain.
Change the hosting to none in mysql using the query given below.
update domains set htype='none' where name='domain.com'
After that set the hosting type properly in the Plesk GUI.
Could not find password for account id XXX
This error occurs due to absent password for some email accounts.
Run the mysql query given below to find out what the email account is affected:
Select * from mail where account_id=XXX
Once you know which mail account causes the issu, change the password for it in the Plesk Panel GUI interface.
The ODBC dsn 'XXXXXX' is not configured and will be skipped
This warning can be ignored. This will not affect he validity of the dump.
