Symptoms
Unable to install the SSO feature. Plesk autoinstaller shows the following message:
`ERROR: The installation of the package 'sso' failed with code 1603. (install: installing SSO...)
Not all packages were installed.`
Also, the following message appears in Event Viewer:

Cause
This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PPPM-3998 that was fixed in Plesk Onyx.
Resolution
Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .
