Outgoing e-mails are delivered fine (from Plesk server to other servers)
Mail service is enabled on a domain
MX record is pointing to another server:
# dig mx domain.tld +short
# dig mail.example.com +short
If the DNS zone of example.com is managed in Plesk:
- Log into Plesk.
Make sure that configured MX record is pointing to the server IP address:
If the DNS zone of example.com is not managed in Plesk, then please consult your Domain Name Administrator.
Note: In any case, DNS propagation to public DNS server may take up to 2 days.
