When a new subscription is created, the following warning appears:
Syncing the subscription with its service plan failed because some of the services or resources defined in the plan cannot be actually provisioned with the subscription. Available value indicates the actual state of a resource or a service in the system. Clicking OK will initiate setting the subscription values according to the available values.

Setup of potentially insecure web scripting options that override provider's policy
option is turned off in service plan settings.
The option requires additional attention to be paid to potentially insecure web scripting options:
PHP safe mode
IIS Dedicated application pool (Windows)
Additional write/modify permissions (Windows)
Web Deploy publishing (Windows)
ColdFusion support (Windows)
The changes of those options must be confirmed.
In Plesk 11.5 open Service Plan settings > Hosting Parameters tab. In Plesk 12 open Service Plan Settings > Permissions tab (the '
Hosting settings management' option must be enabled, as well).
Tick the '
Setup of potentially insecure web scripting options that override provider's policy' checkbox and all settings of the service plan. The subscription will be automatically synchronized without additional confirmation.
Press the '
Update & Sync' button.
