Symptoms

Domains are not listing and showing following error on Plesk Panel:

The webspace was suspended. All sites hosted with the webspace are not available.

Panel is in the Power User view mode.

Resolution

Via Plesk Panel interface:

  1. Create a new test webspace: Webspace > Add webspace

  2. Switch from Power User view to Service Provider view: Server > Interface Management and set option " Service Provider view "

  3. Activate necessary webspace: Subscription > domain.tld > Activate

  4. Switch back from Service Provider view to Power User view : Tools & Settings > Interface Management and set option Power User view

Via CLI:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --webspace-on domain.tld
  2. Update the child domain statuses:

`mysql> update domains set webspace_status=0 where name ='domain.tld';`

    `mysql> commit;`

Cause

The webspace was suspended.
