CageFS restrictions does not work for subscription level Scheduled Tasks if it is executed by Run Now button

Symptoms

If domain example.com has enabled CageFS , clicking on Run Now button under Home > Domains > example.com > Scheduled Tasks > Task name executes task outside of CageFS. However if task executes by cron daemon, it executes inside CageFS.

Cause

This is software issue PPPM-4475 that was fixed in Plesk Onyx.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .
