Previously, Plesk was upgraded from Plesk 10 or Plesk 11.

Cause

apsc database and APS controller were not upgraded properly.

Resolution

In order to fix the issue, follow the steps:

  1. Take backups of psa and apsc databases:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa > psa_dump_`date +%F`.sql
    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` apsc > apsc_dump_`date +%F`.sql
  2. Find very first apsc preupgrade dump file related to current upgrade in /var/lib/psa/dumps/ , it will have earliest timestamp. Dump file have the following mask:
    /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.<FROM_VERSION>-<TO_VERSION>.<TIMESTAMP>.dump.gz

    For an example: /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.10.13.4-12.5.30.20160215-043153.dump

  3. Restore apsc database dump:

    zcat /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.10.13.4-12.5.30.20160215-043153.dump.gz | mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow `
  4. Run current Plesk version " bootstrapper.sh " with " rerun " option:

    # /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh rerun

    Make sure it finished successfully.
