How do I find my subscriptions for Plesk licenses purchased in Plesk Online Store?

For licenses purchased before March 15, 2016

Your active lease licenses are stored in your Online Store account. To see each license details log in to your Online Store account at:

Follow the steps below to find information on your subscriptions:

  1. Go to My Subscriptions section.

  2. Select the required license.

  3. On Subscription Details page, you can click View / Download License Key(s) to view activation key for your license or download your license file.

On the same page you will see the license details:

product the license is for;
billing cycle;
next bill date:

Billing cycle is a period from one renewal date till the next one. It can be 1 month, 1, 2 or 3 years, depending on the type of the license you have purchased (monthly lease / 1-year, 2-year or 3-year license), meaning that license is renewed once a month, once a year or once in 2 or 3 years.

Next Bill Date is a license renewal date when your license should be paid for and renewed for the next billing cycle.

On the same page you can cancel the license, add features , upgrade or downgrade it.

For licenses purchased after March 15, 2016

Orders placed on or after March 15, 2016 are processed by our order processing vendor cleverbridge. Due to this, licenses for these orders are not stored in Online Store accounts at .

You can find information about your purchase and subscription at the cleverbridge order details page. The link to this page is available in your order confirmation email from cleverbridge.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email or misplaced it, check your spam and junk mail folders or use the purchase lookup page to relocate your order information.
