MailEnable autoresponder does not send an autoreply.
MTA settings were changed or configured manually.
Check the registry settings for the MTA Mailenable service. In the command line, type:
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Mail Enable\\Mail Enable\\Agents\\MTA" | findstr Pick
You will receive an output as below:

If the output is different, please correct the MTA service settings in the registry ( Start > Run > regedit.exe ) as shown above.
Restart MailEnable services.
