CONFIG_TEXT: Error: Unable to access to the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (7) Couldn't connect to server: Last FTP request: Last FTP response: Make sure you have entered the correct storage settings. FTP data transfer channel cannot be established due to TCP ports 20 or/and 21 being filtered.
Connect to the Plesk server via SSH .
Check the status of the ports 20 and 21 in firewall:
# iptables -L -n | grep 20
# iptables -L -n | grep 21
Allow incoming connections to the ports 20 and21:
# iptables -I INPUT 1 -p tcp --dport=20 -j ACCEPT
# iptables -I INPUT 1 -p tcp --dport=21 -j ACCEPT
# service iptables save
If the ports 20 and 21 are still blocked, it is possible that an intermediary firewall is filtering connections to them. Contact network administrator for further troubleshooting.
