Incorrect permissions on
Note: To apply the solution from this article it is required to have RDP access to the server. Please contact your hosting provider support or server's administrator if you don't have RDP access or ask them to apply the solution.
Connect to the server via RDP and assign
C:\\Windows\\System32\\inetsrv\\config\\schema directory. If it does not fix the issue, follow the steps below to find out and set needed permissions:
Make sure that the problem is with filesystem permissions by using 'Process Monitor' utility.
procmon.exeand add the filter
Result = Access Denied
Restart application pools and access to Plesk website
Stop capturing and you may see the result as on the picture:
