I need to change contact information in my Plesk Online Store account.
Note: The instructions below are only for those customers who purchased their licenses in Plesk Online Store before March 15, 2016 .
Each Online Store account can have several contacts. One of the contacts will be set as a primary contact, all the other will be additional contacts. Primary contact is created during your Online Store account creation. Additional contacts can be added or removed after account creation.
To edit your Online Store account contacts, log in to your account at
To modify your contact information (full name, email, organization name, phone, address), follow these steps:
Go to My Contacts section.
Click on the contact you would like to edit.
Make required changes and click Save Contact to save changes you have made.
To change your VAT ID or login username, please contact Licensing and Purchase Support .
Note that all notifications, including invoices, are sent to all emails listed in Contacts.
