How to send a Plesk technical report and get its ID?
Answer
A Plesk technical report can be sent either via Plesk or a command-line interface directly from the server.
Note: A Plesk technical report contains only technical information. No private data is included.

Go to Tools & Settings > Support > select Generate a technical report before contacting support > click Next.

In the next window, click Send Report.

Get your report ID.

Connect to a Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

Run the command below to generate and send a technical report (on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):
MYSQL_LIN: plesk bin report --send

When the command execution is completed, get your report ID:
MYSQL_LIN: Your report ID: TR-PLSK-48887 Contact Plesk support and provide this ID to get help
