Migration cannot be started: min() arg is an empty sequence

Symptoms

Unable to start migration:

Error: Unable to check the ability to migrate selected domains. In most cases, the migration of such domains will be blocked.

The following error is found in info.log:

MigrationError: Failed to perform action: Fetch information from target servers
ValueError: min() arg is an empty sequence
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

In debug.log file error appears on the following step:

Reading dump from a ZIP archive C:\\Parallels\\Plesk\\var\\modules\\panel-migrator\\sessions\\****\\plesk.backup.source.raw.zip
Opened a zip file C:\\Parallels\\Plesk\\var\\modules\\panel-migrator\\sessions\\****\\plesk.backup.source.raw.zip

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PMT-2799 , which was fixed in Plesk 12.5.30 MU#39 https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/12.5/change-log/ .

Resolution

Install the latest MU.
