Another possible error is:

ERROR: PleskMainDBException: MySQL query failed: Table 'psa.ip_addresses' doesn't exist

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'psa.servicenodes' doesn't exist (db.php:102)

Cause

The problem may occur if MySQL is configured to use lower-case names to store and identify database tables.

Resolution

Check if the parameter lower_case_table_names is enabled in /etc/my.cnf (or /etc/mysql/my.cnf on Debian/Ubuntu) and if it is, disable it.

Restart MySQL service to apply the configuration changes.
