Plesk File Manager returns error : "System error 2: No such file or directory"

Symptoms

Cannot open logs in the Panel. The error in the browser:

ERROR: PleskUtilException
filemng: stat failed: No such file or directory
System error 2: No such file or directory

[root@ppa_mn ~]# less /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log

Cause

The required directory does not exists:

[root@service_node]# ls -ld /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs
/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs: No such file or directory

Resolution

Create the required dir manually and set proper permissions:

[root@service_node]# mkdir /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs
[root@service_node]# touch /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs/access_log
[root@service_node]# touch /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs/error_log
[root@service_node]# chown mysysuser:root /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs
[root@service_node]# chmod 700 /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/logs
