Unable to synchonize a subscription: no error message is shown

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

Disk space of this subscription is set to 0MB. Unable to synchonize a subscription: no error message is shown.A subscription belongs to a customer, this customer belongs to a reseller.

The following error can be found in /var/log/plesk/panel.log :

ERR [1] PHP User Warning: Exception caught during form rendering.
Message: Unknown plan property name: overuse_block
File: /opt/psa/admin/plib/Domain/Properties.php
Line: 210

Cause

The reseller has reached Disk space limit for the subscription.

Resolution

Set Overselling policy as Overselling is allowed here:

Home > Resellers > reseller1 > Customize (under the right column)
