PostgreSQL server support component is not installed/registered on the server.

Install the component using the following command:

# plesk installer --select-release-current --install-component postgresql

If PostgreSQL server is already installed, but the issue still persists check whether it is registered in Plesk.

Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Database Servers .

If you do not see record about PostgreSQL server register it with the command:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/database-server --create-server localhost:5432 -type postgresql -admin postgres -passwd PASSWORD

Restore the domain.
