Failed to parse response. Reason: Failed to read data from stream Process output

Symptoms

Backup Manager page in Plesk displays an alike error message, or the same message is getting delivered to Plesk administrator email address during scheduled backups:

ERROR: PleskPMMResponseException Failed to parse response. Reason: Failed to read data from stream Process output

Plesk error log contains:

Cause

This issue is likely caused by the custom dynamic libraries installed on the server.
